INTERIOR AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN SERVICES
Construction Phase Design - Includes:
- Selection of all specifications needed for the construction or renovation of a home, including selection of kitchen and bath fixtures, cabinetry and appliances, stone, tile and flooring, hardware, etc.
- Consultations with architect, contractor, lighting designer, and kitchen designer
- Acting as a liaison between homeowner and contractor regarding the flow, coordination and timing of items needed on site for installation
Interior Decoration - Includes:
- Design and selection of all interior finishes, furniture, fabrics, window and wall treatments, lighting, floor coverings, custom cabinets and millwork and decorative accessories
- Space planning and floor plans
- Full service project management, site supervision, coordination and follow through
- Turn key installations
